Age Verification
Players must be 19 or over to play at Fraserville Casino. This page covers our age checks, what happens when someone underage slips through, and parental tools that block children from gambling sites.
1. 19+ only
Opening an account, depositing and playing any game here all require you to be 19 or older. This applies to slots, table games, live casino and our free daily prize game.
Giving false details to get around this is a breach of our Account Terms. Letting a child play through your account is also a breach, and you remain responsible for every bet placed on it.
2. Parental controls and filtering tools
Parents and carers have strong tools already built into most devices and home networks. We recommend using them.
- Device controls: use parental settings on computers, tablets and phones to restrict apps, purchases and websites by age
- App store settings: age limits on downloads stop gambling apps from being installed
- Router filtering: plenty of home routers let you block gambling sites across every device using the network
- Filtering software: dedicated blocking programs stop access to gambling sites and payment pages
Talking to children about gambling helps too. Explain that every casino game is built so the house comes out ahead over the long run.
3. How we check age
Age verification begins when you register. We compare your full name, birth date and home address with reliable electronic data sources.
If our electronic check can't show that you're 19 or older, you'll need to upload government-issued ID with a photo, like a passport or a driver's licence, and the account stays locked until it arrives. Deposits remain blocked until we've confirmed your location, identity and age.
We can check again whenever needed, such as after a change to account details or when activity prompts a concern. Our Verification and AML page sets out the complete process.
4. If we find a minor
If we discover or suspect that a player is younger than 19, we take immediate action:
- The account is frozen immediately
- All bets and winnings are void
- When the checks are complete, we refund deposits to whichever payment method was used to make them
- The account is closed permanently and any linked accounts are checked
Where fraud is involved, such as use of an adult's identity or card, we may pass details to the relevant authorities.
5. Shared devices
A family laptop or tablet can give a child easy access to an adult's account. A few simple habits close that gap:
- Sign out every time you stop playing
- Never let your browser save your Fraserville Casino password
- Give each family member their own user profile
- Use a fingerprint, PIN or password to lock your computer and phone
- Store cards and banking apps where children cannot reach them
Our Cookie Notice explains how stored login data works on your device, and our Privacy Notice covers how we handle your details.
